How to File a Claim

1. Document the Damage: As soon as you notice any damage or missing items, document them with photographs and detailed descriptions. This information will be crucial in processing your claim. Please note that you can only file 1 claim per move so please ensure that you have documented everything prior to submitting your claim.

2. File Your Claim: Use our online claim form to submit your claim. Provide all relevant information and documentation to support your claim.
